Yes you can. We can arrange time and further details through email/message. But please respect our property if collecting. 

Unfortunately we no longer hie out backdrops on its own now. Due to damage of them when they are returned. 

Unfortunately no. Whakanuia Events takes pride in ordering our high-quality balloons from our supplier. Providing balloons for us to set up may affect the display of the set-up. 

Generally set up time frames are based on your event requirements and the size of the event once we have more details, you will be provided an estimated time frame. 

General prop rental/hire period is 2 days max. One day to drop off/pick-up and use. Then second day collection to drop off/pick-up. Unless other arrangements are discussed

Selected props require a bond, this applies to items that will be utilised, items that are fragile, or items that may be higher risk of being damaged such as neon lights etc..

We are based in Kaitaia. We can travel across Far North surroundings but travel fees may apply.
